Most of our items are in stock and will show a message of "Availability: In Stock" when you select a size. If an item is not in stock for a certain size, but will be replenished soon, a message will show the expected delivery date. If an item is out of stock for a size and is not expected to be replenished, you will not be able to select the size.
For most customers., your user ID is your email address. For our Dealer customers, your user ID may also be the Dealer Number that you were provided when your account was created.

Our stock font list gets regularly updated for our customizable and special order items. For the most recent list of available fonts, please customizable item that you are interested in and click the "Customize & Order" button. When you arrive at the step to customize the text for your garment, all available fonts for this style will be shown.
We accept Visa, Master Card, Discover, and American Express for all orders. In addition, consumers may also pay with either PayPal or Klarna. Upon approval, our B2B customers may be eligible to pay via payment terms by providing a purchase order number with their order.
State, local and county sales taxes are applicable on all orders with a shipping address in the United States and must be collected when the order is placed as mandated by law. If you are have an approved Dealer account and have provided us with a valid sales tax exception certificate, then no taxes will be charged.
All shipments within the United States can be shipped via Standard, Standard Plus 3-Day Delivery, Expedited 2-Day Delivery, or Express Overnight Delivery.
