Orders, Cancellation & Returns

Before placing an order, please check your order carefully. Changes or additions cannot be made to special orders already in production. Any changes or additions made after placing an order will be treated as a new order. Additionally, prices on gkelite.com are subject to change. The customer will be charged the price as shown on the website at time of purchase.


Special Orders can be placed using our online customization tool, UDESIGN360 or by contacting a local GK Sales Representative. To view our current estimated ship week for special orders, please click here.


We require a $185 Fee (billed to your credit card) for each custom design submitted. We require a $150 Fee (billed to your credit card) for each custom design tank. This is a package price and includes the cost portion of developing a sample of your custom design. This includes design charges for garment and embellishment creation, set-up charges, 3 revisions and costs to produce the finished garment. An additional fee of $100 will be required for each round of revisions to the sample exceeding the 3 included revisions. Revisions are defined as changes to the sample that require a new base pattern, are considered a new custom design, and are subject to an additional $185 fee. If a customer needs a custom matching warm-up, the fee required will be $75 to cover the women’s warm-up sample. Leotard samples are produced in a size Adult Small.


Elite Sportswear gladly accepts customer returns provided the following conditions are met:

  • All return requests must be sent to Elite Sportswear no more than 30 days after shipment of merchandise.
  • Returns must be processed through returns.gkelite.com in order to be accepted.
  • Merchandise must not have been worn or laundered and must have all hang tags and sew-in tags attached in their original position and condition.
  • The customer is responsible for all shipping charges.

Stock items ordered with embellishments are considered customized and are non-returnable. The exception to this is in the case of a Manufacturers error or defect (Refer to Returns: Special Order Items section for more information.)


Special Orders are made to the customer’s specifications; therefore, these items cannot be returned or exchanged except in the case of a manufacturer’s error or defect. All requests must be sent to Elite Sportswear no later than 30 days from the shipment date. All will be inspected by Elite’s Sportswear Quality department upon receipt to verify the reason for return. If replacement merchandise is not available or not applicable, Elite Sportswear will issue a credit to the customer’s account.


Elite Sportswear, at its sole discretion, will determine if the merchandise in question is defective, can or will be replaced, repaired, or the merchandise credited to the customer’s account. Elite Sportswear will not accept returns on defective merchandise beyond 30 days from the date of receipt of merchandise. Due to health requirements and safety concerns for our employees, all worn apparel that is being returned for any reason must be laundered. Garments not laundered will be sent out for cleaning and a $10 charge per garment will be billed to your account. Defective Garments that should be laundered are those that have been worn. Please ensure your stock and special order is complete prior to checkout, as orders cannot be canceled or changed once the order has been placed. Please contact Customer Engagement with any questions on concerns.
