How it works

In order to be considered for the Risk Free Program, you will need to have an appropriate commercial business address and a Pro Shop or retail selling space within an athletic facility. Documentation may be requested.

HOW TO ENROLL IN THE GK RISK FREE PROGRAM

New Customers:

  1. Complete the Gymnastics Wholesale and Risk Free Account Application.
  2. Complete the Risk Free Program Authorization to Ship Form and include the following:
    • Select Your Terms - 60 or 90 Days
    • Complete the Credit Card information, including the authorized signature. Please note: Credit Card #1 is mandatory; Credit Card #2 is not.
    • Enroll in the Credit Card Club to receive free outbound and return shipping, for hassle-free billing, and to make sure your Pro Shop is stocked with the newest products.
  3. Complete the Risk Free Program Mail-In Order Form in full to select the styles, sizes, and quantities you would like to receive for your first and second Risk Free shipments. Due to the Risk Free billing cycles, your first two shipments will be the same. Starting with your third order, you can adjust your styles, sizes and quantities, based on your future needs.
  4. Return the completed forms via email to ProShopPros@gkelite.com.
  5. Receive confirmation of your acceptance into the Risk Free Program along with your credit limit.
  6. Start Selling Risk Free!

Returning Customers:

  1. Enroll in the Credit Card Club to receive free FedEx Ground-outbound and return shipping within the continental United States, for hassle-free billing on regular Risk Free packages (excludes meet packs and/or supplemental Risk Free orders), and to make sure your Pro Shop is stocked with the newest products.
  2. In the event of shipping or billing changes, please complete a new Risk Free Program Authorization to Ship Form and include the following:
    • Select Your Terms - 60 or 90 Days
    • Complete the Credit Card information, including the authorized signature. Please note: Credit Card #1 is mandatory; Credit Card #2 is not.
  3. To ensure you continue receiving Risk Free shipments, please complete and return the Risk Free Program Mail-In Order Form or the Risk Free Program Online Order Form when your return each shipment. You may change the styles, sizes, and quantities with each new order.

Hosting a meet or camp?

GK offers Meet Packages to provide additional apparel to increase your sales. Meet Packages are supplemental shipments, from your standard Risk Free orders. These packages are contingent upon your available credit limit and is excluded from the Free Shipping program. For more information, please see the Risk Free Program Special Event Order Form.

WHAT TO EXPECT AFTER YOU ARE ENROLLED

Acceptance in Program

  • Upon approval of the above listed forms, Elite Sportswear, L.P. will establish and notify you of the credit limit for your account and will send your first shipment based on the Risk Free Order Form.
  • A second shipment will be sent approximately one month after the first shipment and will include merchandise similar to your first shipment.

Receipt Of Your Shipment

  • Each shipment will include two (2) copies of the packing list. Please check the shipment against the packing list to ensure accuracy and notify us immediately of any discrepancies.
  • Packing lists will indicate any items that have not been shipped due to inventory or credit availability.
  • Please retain one copy of the packing list to be included with any returned merchandise.
  • It is important that you do not alter merchandise in any way. Do not remove or write on any tags. All merchandise must be returned in the condition in which it was received. Merchandise returned with any alterations, missing tags, or defaced tags will incur a repacking/restocking fee of $3.00 per garment.

Future Shipments

  • Complete and return the Risk Free Order Form indicating the styles, sizes, and quantities you would like to receive in your next shipment. To receive the same styles, sizes, and quantities as your previous order, please check the 'Duplicate Last Shipment' box on you Risk Free Order Form. This form may be submitted via fax, email, with the return shipment from your previous order, or using our new, Risk Free Online Order Form.
  • You may request an order at any time after receipt of your first and second shipments.
  • You may request an increase or decrease in the styles, sizes, and quantities of your next shipment with every order.
  • All orders are subject to credit approval. Orders will be processed as long as the total amount of open invoices net of credits issued for returns does not exceed your credit limit.
  • Each order will be invoiced separately.
  • Merchandise may be returned at any time during the standard 60 or 90 day terms.

Returning Merchandise

  • Indicate the quantity you are returning next to the original quantity listed on the return form.
  • Returned merchandise must match the items listed on the packing list from the shipment that included the merchandise you are returning.
  • Merchandise returned after the invoice date will be subject to a 15% restocking charge. Restocking charges will be deducted from your credit memo.
  • Please allow sufficient shipping time to ensure returned merchandise is delivered to Elite Sportswear within 60 or 90 days of the shipment invoice date, based on your terms.
  • All merchandise must be returned in the same condition in which it was received. Merchandise is to be returned on hangers. Do not return worn, soiled, or damaged merchandise. Scrunchies are non returnable.

Payment Terms

  • Elite Sportswear, L.P. will issue an invoice for the full amount of each shipment when the order is processed and leaves Elite Sportswear.
  • Upon receipt of returned merchandise, Elite Sportswear, L.P. will issue a credit for the returned merchandise. Customers not enrolled in Elite's Credit Card Club are responsible for outbound and return shipping costs. If a customer uses Elite's provided pre-paid FedEx label, they will be invoiced for Elite's FedEx cost.
  • To receive credit, returned merchandise must be received by Elite Sportswear, L.P. before the 60 or 90 day terms due date listed on the invoice.
  • Customer is responsible to pay the invoice, less any credit memos, before the end of the 60 or 90 day terms due date.
  • IMPORTANT NOTE: If Elite Sportswear does not receive payment for any invoice by the end of the 60 or 90 day terms due date, the credit card(s) on file will be charged for the full open invoice amount of the shipment.
  • Failure to return merchandise or to make payments promptly will jeopardize your Risk Free account with Elite Sportswear, L.P.
  • You may discontinue your participation in the Risk Free Program at any time. All requests must be made in writing to the credit department via fax or email.

Web Policy and Sales Information

In order to maintain a consistent marketing and business strategy, Elite Sportswear L.P. reserves the sole rights to sell and advertise online, in any catalog, by email, or via any distributed print media. State, local and county tax is applicable on all orders, inclusive of freight where applicable. If you are tax exempt, please submit a valid state tax exemption certificate with your new account application.
