How do I know if a product is in stock? |

How do I know my userid? |
| If you are individual, your userid is completely custom. It is of your choosing, if you do not remember what you selected, please feel free to create a new account or contact Customer Service for assistance. |

How do I know my password? |
| If you do not remember your password, simply click on Login, and the Forgotten Password link. This will take you to a page where you will need to fill out some information and a new password will be emailed to you immediately. |

How do I determine sizing? |
Please see our size chart section for more information on sizing your garment, click here. Remember if you are ordering for a team, we always offer our Try Us On For SizeÓ sizing samples. Contact Customer Service for more information on sizing samples. |

Is the embroidery setup fee per garment? |
| No, this is a one time setup fee for your first order. |

What Payment Options are Available? |
All prices are in U.S. Dollars. Payment types are limited to those presented on the Check Out page. Credit cards accepted include VISA, MasterCard, Novus Cards (includes: Discover, Bravo and Private Issue), and American Express. For school districts and universities, "Y" purchase orders are accepted. Retail accounts (not consumers) may also pay by check or money order only please. A service fee of $20.00 will be charged for any check payment that must be reprocessed. If an account warrants placement with a collection agency, all charges resulting from collection are the responsibility of the customer. Payment in full or a purchase order (P.O.'s apply to colleges, high schools only) must be received before an order goes into production. Special order charged to VISA, MasterCard, Novus Cards, or America Express will be billed at the time the order is placed. Orders for stocks items will be charged at the time of shipment. |

How do I order using my gift certificate? |
If you have received a GK Gift Certificate and wish to make your purchase you can do any of the following

- Mail Orders:
- Write up your order on the order form provided, add any applicable sales tax and shipping cost, then deduct your gift certificate amount from your grand total.
- Send your order form, along with your gift certificate and/or payment for the balance of the order to Elite Sportswear.
- If the total amount of the gift certificate is not used, a new gift certificate will be issued and sent to you for the balance.
- On-line purchases:
- Visit our website www.gkelite.com and place your retail order.
- When complete, click Check Out on the Payment Page enter the gift certifcates code found on the bottom of your gift certificate in the section for gift certificate on the right side of the screen.
- You will still need to input your credit card information. However, your credit card will only be charged the amount of the purchase after the gift certificate is deducted.
If the total amount of the gift certificate is not used, a new gift certificate will be issued and sent to you for the balance. Your old gift certificate is no longer valid and should be marked as indicated above with the order date and Web order number. - Fax purchases:
- Write up your order on the order form provided, add any applicable sales tax and shipping cost, then deduct your gift certificate amount from your grand total.
- Fax your order form, along with your gift certificate and/or payment for the balance of the order to Elite Sportswear.
- Your credit card will only be charged the amount of the purchase after the gift certificate is deducted.

What is your Gift Certificate Policy? |
Gift certificates purchased from Elite Sportswear may only be redeemed on mail order, fax or on-line retail purchases. Gift certificates will not be accepted as payment for GK apparel in pro-shops or on any other website other than www.gkelite.com. Gift certificates can not be redeemed for payment on a pending or previous purchase. A new gift certificate will be issued if the total amount is not used. Only valid gift certificates will be accepted and are VOID if altered or reproduced. Elite Sportswear is not responsible for lost or stolen gift certificates. |

Why do I have to pay sales tax? |
| State, local and county sales tax is applicable on all orders, inclusive of freight where applicable unless you have furnished us with a valid sales tax exemption certificate. |

Once I place my order, when can I expect it to arrive? |
We will try our very best to get your STOCK order to leave our plant as quickly as possible (approx 1-3 business days). There are times when a item is of high demand, we will be unable to ship right away. We will replenish stock and get your order out as quickly as possible. If you select the option in the checkout process to ship complete, all items will wait to the entire order is in stock. If you do not ship complete we will ship your items as they become available. If you are placing a special order or stock with embellishment order, please see our special order production chart. |

Do you ship Internationally? |
| Yes, we ship internationally to those countries who do not currently have an official GK distributor. Please see our International Distributor page for more information. |

How do I change my web account password? |
| All you need to is logon to your account on our website click on My AccountÓ. The first tab ÓMy Personal InfoÓ that is open in my account will have an area the bottom for you to reset your password. Simply type in your new password twice and click SubmitÓ. |

How do I update my shipping address? |
| All you need to is logon to your account on our website click on My AccountÓ. Click on the Shipping AddressesÓ tab and make the necessary changes. Or you can change this information during the checkout process. You can store up to 3 shipping addresses. |
